Affiliated Dialysis Centers of Illinois (ADC), an innovative healthcare pioneer of daily and home dialysis, has been sold to Dialyze Direct (DD) based in New York.

Founded in 2002, ADC grew its business of patient-focused dialysis care with over 44 sites throughout Illinois, creating a wide footprint for providing dialysis treatment to Skilled Nursing Facilities on-site (SNF), outpatient clinic dialysis and residential home dialysis.  Recently, their SNF dialysis programs expanded outside Illinois to include Ohio as well as development of new SNF dialysis programs in Indiana.

Dialyze Direct is the largest provider of staff-assisted home hemodialysis services in SNFs in the United States.  Acquiring ADC’s Midwest operations builds upon DD’s growing nationwide footprint and setting a new standard for dialysis.

Stevenson & Company was retained by ADC as exclusive sale advisor to identify, evaluate and market to strategic and financial buyers.
