Announcement: Bob Stutz joins Stevenson & Company

Stevenson & Company, a Chicago-based Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Bob Stutz as Managing Director.
Cliff Deremo, President of Stevenson commented “Bob brings fifteen years of in-vestment banking and over twenty years of operational experience to Stevenson & Company. He has been the president/CEO of four organizations and has ad-vised business owners and operators on M&A matters from the perspective of having once been in their positions. We are delighted to have Bob join our team.”
Prior to joining Stevenson & Company, Bob was Managing Director at two Chica-go-based boutique investment banks, Kinsella Group and Sikich Investment Banking. During that time, he was involved in over 50 transactions on both the sell and buy side including a number of cross-border projects. Clients ranged from Fortune 100 companies to family owners to Private Equity Firms.
Bob has had operating experience in several industries including electrical/electronic components, automotive, highway safety, packaging and aerospace with senior roles at General Electric, General Motors, Cooper Industries and Cherry Corporation. He was subsequently president at Stimsonite, Label Makers and Montana Metal Products. He has advised companies in a number of other industries including machine tool, distribution, logistics and industrial power.
Bob holds an MBA degree from Harvard University and a ScB degree in Engi-neering from Brown University. He is a current member of the Chicago chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and a past member of Vistage Inter-national (formerly known as TEC).
