Stevenson & Company completed the acquisition of Florida based Harmar Mobility, LLC, for Seidler Equity Partners. After thorough industry research into healthcare related products, the private equity group decided they wanted to acquire a platform company in the mobility products industry and asked Stevenson to execute the acquisition search project in this highly fragmented market. Within 12 months, Stevenson completed the project with the successful acquisition of Harmar Mobility, LLC.
