Stevenson & Company completed the sale of Interserve, Inc. to United Displaycraft, a leading provider of merchandising, marketing and point-of-purchase display solutions to the nation’s top brands and retailers.
Headquartered in Belvidere, Illinois, Interserve designs and manufactures innovative in-store product displays, sample kits and fulfillment programs for the top manufacturers of building hardware, paint/stain, and building products. Interserve’s model is unique in its direct-to-manufacturer sales approach and through its in-house manufacturing capabilities for wood and engineered wood products, without relying on subcontracting.
Stevenson & Company was retained to advise on the sale of the company and identified United Displaycraft as the most attractive suitor. Interserve is a leader in the home improvement sector through its expertise in wood products, and United Displaycraft is the leader in metal fabrication solutions for the consumer product goods, toy, food and apparel industries. Together, they offer a unique spectrum of capabilities for in-store merchandising in a wide array of materials across all retail market segments.
