Stevenson & Company leads the sale and recapitalization of Aerostar Global Logistics, Inc. for family owners. The business headquartered in Lombard, IL, was acquired by Highland Avenue Capital & Evergreen Capital, with financing provided by various sources.

Founded over 15 years ago, Aerostar serves the world’s largest OEM aircraft seat and parts manufacturers. It continues to grow by providing specialized services to meet the needs of airline and aircraft manufacturers amidintense competition from larger industry players.

Aerostar has additional operations in Dallas, Texas, Toulouse, France and Hamburg, Germany. Their innovation, dependability and technical expertise provide a firm platform for continued global growth.

Stevenson & Company was retained as exclusive sale advisor and identified, evaluated and marketed to both strategic and financial buyers. Highland and Evergreen were selected as attractive suitors given their unique insight and connection to the aerospace industry, as well as their commitment to partnering with existing management.
