Mascot Truck Parts (“Mascot”) has been sold to Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing LLC (DDR), a division of Daimler Trucks North America.  Stevenson & Company was the exclusive sale advisor to Mascot.

Mascot, located in Plainfield, IN and Mississauga, Ontario, has a long history of providing remanufactured driveline components for the heavy and medium duty truck aftermarket.  Its “All Makes” product offering includes manual transmissions, differentials, steering gears and drive shafts.  It utilizes twenty eight 3PL stock/shipping locations throughout the US and Canada to offer 24 hour deliver to customers.   The Company has approximately 100 employees.

DDR, headquartered in Detroit, MI and founded in 1966, is a leading remanufacturer of engines, fuel systems, axles, transmissions, electronics and other components.  In addition to the Detroit Genuine Parts brand, Detroit Reman supplies a growing list of key contract customers.  It has 1,500 employees and a combined one million sq. ft. across six plants in North America.
