Western Remac Inc., (WRI), was acquired by RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. (RoadSafe). Stevenson & Company was the exclusive sale advisor to WRI.

For over 50 years Western Remac has provided services to support American infrastructure and highway safety.  WRI provides sign manufacturing and installation services throughout the Midwest to the private and public works sectors. The company offers complete project management services including: sign design and engineering, full fabrication of interstate and flat stock signage, structure design, site preparation and installation.  Founded in 1969, the company is based in Woodridge, IL.

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is the nation’s largest provider of traffic safety services, pavement markings and innovative safety products.  Its customers include heavy highway contractors, state transportation department, municipal governments, U.S railroads and utility companies.  RoadSafe is a portfolio company of Trilantic North America and Investcorp.
