Florida A&M Tape and Packaging, Inc., a distributor of shipping and packaging supplies based in southeast Florida, was sold to SupplyOne, Inc. Stevenson & Company was the exclusive sale advisor to Florida A&M Tape and Packaging.A&M Tape Tombstone

Florida A&M Tape and Packaging (A&M) is a full line distributor of stock and custom shipping supplies, corrugated boxes, and packaging materials. Founded in 1977, the company has over 45 employees and operates out of a 60K sq. ft. facility in Sunrise, Florida. A&M serves manufacturing, food service, healthcare, e-commerce and technology customers throughout southern Florida. Operating digitally as MRBOXonline.com, A&M also sells on a national basis its own printed packing tape, a proprietary line of wine and beverage shipping containers and its own private label brand of shipping supplies marketed under the Lucky Dog name.

SupplyOne is the largest independent supplier of corrugated and other value-added products, equipment and services in the US. It provides mid-sized manufacturers, food processors, medical and e-commerce companies industry-packaging products, programs and supply chain solutions from a single source. Founded in 1998, SupplyOne is a portfolio company of Wellspring Capital Management.
