Cliff Deremo is a Managing Director at Stevenson & Company, where he advises business owners and corporations on the sale and acquisition of lower-middle-market businesses. He brings more than two decades of senior operating and management experience at Fortune 200 manufacturing companies, providing clients with a practical perspective on how strategic buyers evaluate acquisitions and integrate businesses post-closing.

Prior to joining Stevenson & Company, Cliff served as Vice President and General Manager of an operating division of Avery Dennison, formed following Avery’s acquisition of Stimsonite Corporation. Earlier in his career, he spent fifteen years with FMC Corporation in finance, sales, and general management roles across multiple industries. During that time, he also gained extensive international experience overseeing operations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. As an operating executive, Cliff was directly involved in numerous acquisitions and divestitures ranging from $5 million to $150 million in transaction value.

Cliff holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.A. with High Honors from Michigan State University.
